Kingston, Pennsylvania punk rock four piece, Title Fight, kicks off a U.S. Summer Tour today in support of its upcoming record, The Last Thing You Forget.
The band’s newest offering – which will be available in both 7-inch and CD format – is being released by Run For Cover Records on June 23, 2009. However, Title Fight will have copies while on tour.
Both the 7-inch and CD feature three brand new songs recorded by producer Jay Maas (Transit, Verse, Shipwreck, Cruel Hand). Additionally, the CD version compiles all the band’s previous material and one unreleased bonus track for a grand total of twelve songs.
You can stream one of the new songs, Symmetry, on the band’s Myspace page.
Title Fight’s summer tour schedule finds the quartet on the road for the rest of June, playing shows along the East Coast and Southeast before a short break at the beginning of July. Then on July 20th, the fun begins again – this time with tour mates Foundation (Rob Huddleston of Ann Beretta) and Mother of Mercy. This leg of the tour will take all three bands westward where they’ll eventually end up playing at the Sound And Fury Festival in Oxnard, California.
